Ross is literally not in jail for murder for hire. Literally fake news.
Also, people are responsible for their own body. Ross set up an open online market where people could buy/sell whatever they wanted. It's not his responsibility what people put into their body.
It’s one of the charges that he wasn’t sent to trial for because he’s already been sent to jail for other crimes.
It’s part of the whole that makes it very difficult to look at him and go “hummm, victim!”
