Your tastes change, and there are memories (which get distorted) associated with the beer you had 10 years ago. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is Damn close to the same beer it's always been. As much as they've grown the beer has stayed the same largely due to their house yeast.

Marzen season is the best season.
Probably my favorite American Oktoberfest. Because it's actually a festbier and not a marzen.
They do a collaboration almost every year with a different German brewery. They didn't in 2020 or 2021 because of the rona.
