Another vote for finding a nearby regenerative rancher who sells 1/2 or whole cows. If you're already buying grassfed beef, it's much cheaper. If you're not, it's better quality for what may be around the same price as supermarket meat. (Depends on where you live, obviously, and also how much freezer space you have.) This breaks my heart, and it makes me sick that I've helped pay for just about everything bad in your post. (Not on purpose, but still...) 🫂
