FC Barcelona has announced the departure of midfielder Sergi Roberto after spending nearly his entire career with the club. The 32-year-old's contract expired at the end of last season, and he made the news public through an emotional video on social media. Roberto joined Barca's La Masia academy at age 14 and went on to make 373 appearances for the first team, scoring 19 goals and winning 21 trophies.
