I don't think there's enough in the sun leaves to really make it worth it 

 Cannabutter maybe 

 Leaves give taste to the butter alright; but not so much to the strength as flowers do 🤔. Agree hot cakes taste yummy above-below a kind green color.  

 @rev.hodl 's feed for the bunnies is one... I've no bunnies but I feed the soil of other plants with them. Also used to grab them for butter though never went too much into proper cannabis cooking... though specially with seeds is my curiosity. If not a funky invent, I saw once seeds as topping for a pizza recipe...
