 Feeling down and lacking motivation. Anyone got any suggestions? 
 Sometimes we just need a break. For me, it helps to be active and go hiking in nature to clear my mind. 
 Going outside helped, and taking a shower to chill my mind lol. We don’t go outside enough 
 Glad to hear it. Yea, touching grass and getting sun and fresh air is severely underrated imo.
