My body feels good today and I am grateful š„² Been having back problems for so long, now that it feels better gonna get back in the gym and hopefully permanently fix this shit
I basically suffered from lower back problems for a while. What helped the most is going to the gym and focus on lower back exercises which helped me drastically and fixed my posture quite a lot. I definitely recommend doing so to strengthen your back.
Yeah, strength the core. Ironically, Iām in a physio waiting room for my back right now.
