If you could help me figure out how to receive tho, that would be nice. Not sure if it’s an OLYMPUS thing or Alby.
 Try restarting the node
 Just tried. No luck.
I would proceed by opening up a support ticket with Alby
Purchase Channels button in-app always returns "Did not receive response for server".

Anything I should look about? The button's always either red or orange, is that typical?
Color is fine. Make sure the node is spun up and communicating p2p on LN

You can manually add Olympus as a peer on the open channel view, and try again too
Oh, I already have an (outbound) channel with Olympus. Could that be the problem?
No. Does that channel show as online?
Yes, and status: good. And I also successfully sent a zap through it just over an hour ago. My lightning node is on TOR, if that matters.

It's not a super high priority for me, so I don't mind just trying again occasionally, but I was curious if there was something obvious I was doing wrong.
Might be Tor. We’d recommend using our web interface for the purchase for now:
