Bank-paper (bank-notes) is how the great swindle was possible and is the foundation upon which the Federal Reserve was built. Without bank-notes, fractional reserve is impossible, and consequently so is "money elasticity" and inflation. Inflation is the means by which the abundance produced by the saints (Rev 17:6) is siphoned to concentrate power onto Wallstreet and consequently finance wars.
