 what is "olive oil blend" 

 It's a blend of 2 parts vinegar and 3 parts good virgin olive oil. 

 You can add the tomatoes onions and lettuce
But I don't like tol from any sub shop
And I especially hate lettuce, prefer spinach leaves 

 Olive oil plus some cheaper oil plus some flavoring
