Dinner was 4-leaf saag with toasted padrons and yellow tomatoes. The four leaves are: chard, New Zealand spinach, red orach, and Malabar spinach. It has one Wraith chilli in it.
Plus a red lentil dhal with three Orange Drop chillies and a handful of red tomatoes.
In both a flavour element of the chillis comes through, but not too much heat (could have been hotter really, next time more chillies!)
