if an explosion pops a hole underneath the manhole going the other way, more water will come rushing in. I wonder if they got this under control yet? Seems like it's been going on all day.?

 @0af78396 i wonder how not more damage in the electric grid in all these flooded basements and underground trains -when we got flooded here  first that vanished was power-pitch black  nights and water all over @bc2f30cb
