hey @Noshole, thanks for sharing! I will be doing more workshops, as I'm getting a lot of good feedback! there is a lot of connection between Endo, and immunity, and immunity and gut issues.

 I just started researching about diversifying the microbiome; still new, but it’s interesting for sure
