 I got busy and missed harvest time for my asparagus.  Due to my climate, mine haven't gone full bore fern, but many are over 3 foot tall (one about 4 foot tall) and bigger around than my thumb (some very significantly so).  I'm so bummed I missed fresh asparagus this year.  My garden went from dormant with no sign of life, to crazy (for my few perennials) seemingly overnight. 

 Its hard to keep up with asparagus, for sure.

I work for my lady who tells me wha to cut and where to dig

I dig the hole 

 Yes, we are already getting close to 100 degrees F.   We do love asparagus.😊
