Would it be possible to somehow use the rewards thing together with boost and create an automatic payout for those who boosted a note 10 times?

It would be nice to just preload a boost and if it gets to the threshold it automagically sends 1/10 of the preloaded sats to each of the 10 people that boosted.

Think of it as a "set it and forget it" type thing. 

 Cool idea! yes we're working on a few things now that will make this possible to do soon. You would just preload it one time and any future note with boost would automatically be paid out once it hits 10 reposts.
