@d8402a8b is it as simple as squish the fruit into juice, put in a bottle with some wine yeast, and wait 2 weeks?

@7afab20d there will be natural yeast on fruit. but... to have better success, pasteurize juice first. or. make 3 batches: juice. juice+yeast. and pasteurized juice+yeast wine yeast or bakers yeast
