I think Pirate Chain (ARRR) is worth looking at, but its cap is real small at the moment (and I hope it stays that way until I find a way to buy into it anonymously) 

 there used to be a local pirate chain but its gone now. best would be to agora desk or bisq and use komodo DEX to swap to ARRR
