And satellite communities for the people who service those communities.
Instinct says “bad”, but if those satellites have amenities, and the developers are building mixed communities with schooled etc….

The Villages are not too far from where I live. They are notorious for having STDs! lol
Sometimes they get into epic fights with each other over politics, and they drive around in their fancy golf carts shouting about it.
