I’m assuming you’re saying I’m not living in reality, if I’m not interpreting your reply correctly lmk. If I am: reality is not something we’ve been exposed to much in the modern world. Fruit is not a healthy or natural food. Hope you can adjust your mental models to reflect reality. https://youtu.be/L6LL92Zs5L0?si=OicD0O3sKkV-OG_u https://youtu.be/L6LL92Zs5L0?si=OicD0O3sKkV-OG_u

I'm pointing to the reality of raising children
I don’t buy that at all. You have to fight for what’s right for your kids no matter what. Having a sugar addicted / insulin resistant / metabolically unwell child is a disaster. It’s worth going to any measure to simply ensure they eat properly, as everything physiologically is downstream of that. Kids brains getting wired for addiction through their developmental stages is a disaster.
I would be curious to hear what your kids' diets are like. I agree that we all have way too much sugar, but chiding someone for trying to do better is not inspiring.
I’m pointing out the facts about food here and giving my opinion that something being hard isn’t a valid excuse. The health of the child is what’s important.
Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. You especially learn that after you have kids. We don’t have to go back 5000 years to understand what people should eat. People were plenty healthy 50-70 years ago. Imagine telling a 90 year old im good health that the apple he eats everyday is hurting him lmao
You’re either delusional or ignorant. Probably both.
Are you fat?
Totally bro, my great grandmother that lived to 95 must have missed the memo along with every healthy person until 5 mins ago
Year round fruit wasn’t available until the early 90s. It was seasonal and regional and much less sweet even 4 or 5 decades ago due to less selective breeding. Good try though 😂😂
You got me!! That’s like saying eating deer year round must be bad because deer season only lasts so long. Or like telling someone that lives in Iceland that moving to costa rica must be bad because then they will have sunlight year round. I’m sure people 1000 years ago had as much access to read meat as we have today.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 Your reply has no basis in objective reality and is full retard material. I actually feel bad for you man. You’re disability level dumb 😂🥴 won’t be replying to any more of your goofy straw man fallacies
I don’t think you understand what a straw-man argument is, but that’s okay. I gave you some examples that show that just because humans don’t have access all the time to a specific resource, it doesn’t make the consumption of such a resource year-round inherently harmful. But you’re right, don’t believe your lying eyes; everyone is as fragile as you 👍🏼
Straw man: refuting an argument by mischaracterizing it. Which you did multiple times in your reply which was next level dog shit even for you. Never once were you able to address the realties at the core of this debate. Fruit is seasonal (doesn’t allow for habitual consumption and the development of insulin resistance). Fruit is full of sugar and lectins. Fruit causes an insulin response. Fruit has a similar glycemic load to soda and candy. Fruit is objectively unhealthy. You can’t refute any of this verifiable information so you rely on fallacious arguments (straw man, red herrings, ad hominem). You’ve proven you are a shitty thinker. Defensive, ignorant, delusional. Just a weak mind all around. You have to pretend I’m fragile to cope 😂😂 but if you met me you’d be so disappointed to learn the opposite
