Suppose they want to avoid that, in case in goes down or otherwise compromised, or somehow stops working?. But sounds good to me, in a 'good enough' throw away way lol, for not very important stuff.

We left Twitter to control our content not link the parts that are convenient for us. Furthermore it seems you need to use nostr.build or Damus as there are multiple media hosts that provide a seamless integration
but unless you host your pics/vids on your own server, you dont have control of them anyway, i know you guys dont like twitter then why not make use of their free storage and bandwith lol

It's a good solition if youre poor? (Like meeee). But afaik nostrbuild is free? Not sure what limits it has, i just use it via clients? Not friend uploading, say a full movie there or whatever. And in this example I'm not sure how twitter would handle that, autodetect copyright infringements with films/music? But then again, won't nostrbuild potentially run into these problems too?

I'm surprised twitterx don't have autodetect. I have a feeling they used to have music detection on videos in the past. Could be wrong.
