@22f10d11 That's the worst! We keep chickens and one night, a skunk squeezed into the coop. It was attacking the birds so I had no choice but to wade in with the gloves and grab it. I got sprayed in the mouth. If you think that stuff smells bad, it tastes worse. Then, after I had bravely rescued her chickens my wife made me sleep on the porch.

@5e747d35 they’re adorable 😍❣️😂 wow, you’ve had some *intimate* encounters! 😭 I learned recently from the book (the Power of Habit), Fabreeze (unscented) gets rid of skunk’s odor. (I didn’t know the product was unscented when first debuted, and flopped, but I digress…😁)
@74b235cf The only thing that worked for me was to get some exfoliant and literally scrub off the top layer of my skin. Weirdly, it didn't really linger in my mouth (which is very good). He was a juvenile striped skunk. Very cute! I tried to get a picture but he was too sneaky. If I got too close he started stomping his little feet to let me know there was about to be trouble. Smelly but adorable.
