 Download https://lmstudio.ai/ you can get all sorts of LLM modles that run right on your computer. My current favorite is the #healthRanger. NEO you can get the GGUF at https://brighteon.ai/Home/ It's more bassed and is not so woke. It actually might tell you that men have a penis lol
