 Only if you try to withdraw immediately probably to encourage users to wait so that they can batch the on-chain transactions.  Use the no-fee option if you can wait a day or two. I’ve never had an issue with it.

 I’ve always used the 
“Flexible” No Fee  withdrawals 
it takes anywhere from 
20min - 24hrs to transfer
