 As the number of electric vehicles on U.S. roads continues to rise, concern has emerged about the ability of existing safety infrastructure to handle their increased weight. Guardrails and other roadside safety barriers, typically tested against vehicles weighing around 5,000 pounds, are now being challenged by EVs that often exceed that weight. 
 I guess US road infrastructure is not ready for the diesel tracks that has been roaming it forever 🤔 
 Its not about those, but rather converting by way of mandate, diktat, regulations, and subsidy 280 million ICE vehicles to EVs that easily add 1,000 lb 
 Now do power infrastructure if just 25% of ICE were replaced by EV 😂 full grid meltdown in every single locality 
 + low density unreliable energy mandates
