 I've noticed that the kind of content that gets a lot of traction on twitter doesn't do as well here, but there are no rules 🙂

 You eventually just forget about Twitter once you realized it’s all bots and NPCs  

 First stage of transition is you front run Twitter. 

The gradually post less and note more.

What Happens Here:

 people do stuff, then they talk about it or just put up photos of what they accomplished or what they’re working on.


Lots of memes, much fewer video shorts or selfie videos of people complaining. Nobody wants to hear that crap anyway. 

One thing there is a lot of here is a whole lot of practically smart people in a lot of different walks of life. If you want help with something, just write out your question and then put

 #asknostr 

after it and lots of people check it out and you should get an answer quick. There is no Customer Service number or email, just everybody here working on stuff.

It’s a very tightly knit but welcoming community at the same time. We have in-person meet-ups too, unlike twitter where you may meet someone and they have a twitter account but that’s like finding out someone else drives a ‘22 Civic.

That said, it’s a big deal when you meet someone and they also use Nostr and a bigger deal when someone is introduced to nostr and comes aboard.
