Why is raw honey so much better than store honey? What's in it that isn't in the store honey? Bee spit? pollen? Is the pasteurization that ruins the flavor? Whatever it is, honeycomb is even better, even though you have to eat a bit of wax with the honey, it's so much for floral and bursting with sunlight and summer wildflowers. It's probably the extra bee spit and bee dandruff isn't it?
