Certainly beats my initial setup where I cooled to wort in the bath tub!!
That’s what I’ve got to research, I think it’s sodium chloride, gypsum and something else. Just going to follow the brew sheet for a typical ipa water chemistry. 

 Hey, that's not the worst thing to have to do in pursuit of good home brew!  

 It worked! Copper coil is much better tho 🤣
