 No I don't think they shot his ear on purpose. It's obvious that the attempt was real.

I'm just spitballing. We will learn more as time goes on, and the media is going to try to spin everything. I will probably be able to form an opinion as we find out more, right now I just don't know if it was a rando or some type of plan.
