I like that it’s pretty easy to identify Russulas and which ones are ok to eat. I also love the color of the green ones 💚 didn’t know they were good to eat, though. What are they like?
I’ve been eating these for years. They’re delicious, mild mushroom flavor, a bit nutty. The texture is one of the best parts though they crisp up on the outside and burst with flavor when you bite into them
