yes, at least android was all open in dev branch, every commit has popped in real time in the past months
caching service is not supposed to be delivered as binary and its possible it has not been uptated at all. The source for all platforms where they release binaries have been updated real time. I'm at least 100% sure of android as I followed development directly for last months
