Metaphorically, emotionally, spiritually etc My pain is almost Nonexistent anymore Physical issues from broken bones etc .. But meditation 🧘🏻♀️ The only pain I have now is missing my best friend. But that’s almost gone too. We all are reflections of others. Learning to not visit him in dreamland is coming along not as easily. So mind over matter or matter over mind Or just allow him in? To listen to his voice. Ignore him like I have for The last year Who knows? I don’t.
