 Are woke ppl so miserable bcuz they are woke or are they woke because they are miserable?

It is remarkable they can be so miserable anywhere, first world country or in paradise jungle beach

Is the whole wokeness movement just a pass for them to impose their misery onto others?

 I am not sure this book is up your alley, but Rebecca Solnit talks about this in Hope in the Dark.
Sometimes despair creeps in and when change involves the tangled mess that's the Government machinery, it seems daunting.
(generally speaking, I am not sure I know enough "woke" people)

 Because they are miserable and hate themselves.

 I think they are searching for purpose and meaning, and lack the strength to find it. They are rudderless, and end up latching onto the lowest hanging fruit. Then, to "prove" themselves, they project their views unto others.

 Just another shade of socialism/communism
Nothing new, these people are fed with these crazy ideas from the start. 

Only the luckiest who are given early the antidote (mostly by their parents) and the love for freedom, and those with more empathy and honesty for some reasons, are able to take the red pill and stop being parasites.
