@1e4a134d It’s never so bad once I’m in the phone call, but there’s always an inertia I have to overcome. I usually just end up postponing calls until I absolutely have to.
@51fb1883 This phone call is going to be awkward and I haven't quite developed the script for it yet. That's how bad I am at phone calls.
