Sigh

You gotta talk some sense into your buddy 😂
Elon has to do his own thing, that's him That's what you love about him, that's what you hate about him

The rug pull is coming.

He can go to the back of the line with the rest of the losers .
Big fucking yikes.
I mean, he's not wrong.
What makes Doge "the peoples coin"?
That tells you a lot about what he thinks of "the people".
Disgusting. Selling the rest of my $tsla stock for btc… what a clown 🤡 he has become.
*sheeple's crypto
Elon knows he is messing with people's hope and yet he will take advantage of them anyway. What does this say about Elon?
the further away that man's words are kept from the community the better. I like what he does, but he has had zero respect for what others in the community have done for him and the planet
It's true. Doge transaction fees are like $0.17 whereas Bitcoin Lightning transactions are like $4.00. I sure can't afford to be spending $4 in fees everytime I want to buy something.
I've never seen lightning fees that high. What are you buying that fees are that high? Lightning fees are specified in PPM, with a lot of nodes opting for 100-1000, that's 0.01% to 0.1%. As a comparison visa and mastercard are close to 3% + some minimum amount
I'm not trying to buy anything. I'm trying to receive for the first time in Phoenix wallet. https://m.primal.net/HlON.png
receiving for the first time requires opening up a channel. this is a ONE TIME payment, after which it'll be exponentially cheaper
Don't I have to create a channel every time there isn't a channel between myself and the recipient?
I wish this was an easy question to answer, but lightning is still young enough where it isn't. the answer is maybe*. Lightning network supports routing, similar to how the internet works you send a payment and your lightning node will try and find an optimal path to get from you to the recipient of the money. If there is a path, for example: you -> third party -> recipient the money will take that path, and the third party can ask for a fee to route the payment through. There can be multiple third parties: e.g.: you -> third part 1 -> third party 2 -> third party 3 -> recipient. If there is a path, generally, you can send a payment without having to worry about opening a channel (which is great, for example for things like nostr zaps), but if there isn't you're out of luck and you have to open a channel to either the recipient himself or a big node that both you and the recipient have a channel with, so that it acts as a relay. There is one more occasion in which the payment will not go through if you're directly connected to the recipient and that's if you the fees charged by the third parties along the way are higher than your wallet's configured limits. Does that make sense?
I get it! What a wonderful explanation, thank you.
today I learned about lightning fees thanks to Danny nostr:note1083p34q8f0dhdh4xkcpwt5vs8tun2fasvsdcwhlkrfltvfcl9ves9v9fx5
Hamstercoin will replace Eth............
Nobody trusts Dogecoin anymore. Tesla buying should start with Hamstercoin
If Elon Musk wants to renew trust, he has to say HAMSTERCOIN
