Sauna and cold plunge. Or just straight up cold plunge?

Worth trying sauna combo if you haven't IMO. I'm not into either so much now, but some years ago the sauna/ice bath was working for me.  

  

 First time I did it, I did the sauna plunge combo. At home I don’t have a sauna so I do a hot shower and then a cold plunge.
