 I’m 24 hours into a 36 hour fast and feeling pretty good. Any suggestions on how to break the fast tomorrow? 
 I’m currently leaning towards raw milk but I’m curious if anyone has experience with this. 
 Bone broth, light veggies, rice 
 Chicken soup 
 Just the soup and then start very light adding normal food. Give your body time to adjust. Any soup is fair game 
 yes go light veggies. 
watch fruits and carbs. the sugar can be alot at first. you might crash from it
and i wouldnt do meats for a bit. i tried to go for heavy protein to fast and got queazy.  
 A little mineral water 
 Bone broth for sure 
 You can’t wrong with a good broth soup. 
 Protein  
 I went rib eye myself seemed to work! 
 i finished a 68 hr this morning
w butter coffee 
 Bone broth.  
 That’s exactly what I had and it was excellent.
