it's not true, though i have to be careful - i need to up my fibre intake otherwise i seem to only absorb the cholesterol from the eggs and none of any other fats and it banks up in my gall bladder
the fibre seems to be the trick... pulls enough grease into the blood to thin those little gall stones out and done
before this problem emerged, i used to eat 5-7 eggs (large) a day for years, nothing else gave me the energy like it
ooh awesome, then I'd be good (fruits and whole wheat bread/toast are also part of mi daily diet)
fruits are the main thing, especially plums and such
