nostr.build already has file search, along with filtering my category and folders
Filtering yes, search, no. And a ton of attitude about implementing it. For context, I currently pay Nostr build $56 a year (90,000 sats) for 20 GB storage. You can't even search by filename.

It's the wrong tone. I'm actively looking for an alternative and nostrmedia is shaping up to be an awesome alternative that basically implemented search after reading my back and forth with FC in a day.

Listening to customer FB is important if you value the future of the service you are trying to get Content creators to pay premium for.

FC can check the "If/when I do it, it'll be a pain and on my own terms and it'll cost more money than you're already paying a premium for, so it'll happen when/if it happens" at the door.

I like FC and I have been a big supporter of NB, and have sent many customers their way, but when a dev starts talking like that, I'm out.
I would appreciate if people stopped putting words in my non-native English speaker mouth. Tone is subjective, period. Don’t read too much into what I said, it only means that I am working on a better backend that can actually scale, and then I can plug the search into it. Also, since I am looking for the most cost-effective solution at this time, if I did it today it would drive the costs up (bad back end, high maintenance implementation) . If something was not clear you could have just asked me instead of attacking me in a passive aggressive way. I do not do tones, I relay information and try to be transparent. If that is not appreciated, I’ll STFU and do what I do best. Thanks!
I did contact you directly. It was a basic inquiry. I reposted your words. I did not paraphrase. I let your words speak for themselves. They speak loud and clear.

To now backtrack and sat it's an English issue because English is not your first language feels like a cop out. You said what you said quite clearly, you said it how you said it... own it.

We've had many interactions over the past couple if years. Your replies have always been articulate and clear. This time is no different.

In spite of similar behavior and tone in the past, I've been a long time supporter, and have promoted Nostr Build for a long while now. There was really no competition before. There is now.

I will not be renewing my storage plan. Let this serve as a lesson. No bad blood. It is what it is.
sadly regardless of what has been said, if the functionality that the customer needs are not met, they will always go somewhere else that can fulfill this. The value of one's product or services are always based from what the customers are willing to pay according to their needs. nostr:nprofile1qqsglv2qkn5dmmuhee9cy8fywfu2rfp4xd3xy0myqg2gfvmjl9yqqrqppamhxue69uhk2tnwdaejumr0dsq3qamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wd3skueqpz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduekf372 - we truly appreciate what you said here and it is not a judgement but rather a constructive feedback. This is because people truly care about your product. Hence, people go their way to take their time of their day to reach out to you and ask the possibilities. It is ok too to say that it is not on your priorities list! All the best!✌️☺️
I think not being burnt out is more important

There’s moderation work, and clients also want features, then you need to make sure it runs stably, etc.
so true. at the end of the day it is a product. how fast can you keep with the demand is up to the owner and is part of your business road map/dev map. the reality is customers have expectations esp if they have to pay with their hard earned cash! ☺️
