I've been experimenting with fresh green juices the last couple days (spinach, celery, cucumber, lemon, ginger). Holy shit do I feel energized!! Like I feel amped beyond belief.

I'm wondering if I've been missing some crucial micronutrient before these juices. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any best guess at which nutrient might be doing the trick?
 best guess: electrolytes and sugar
yea electrolytes make a lot of sense especially given how hot (dehydrating) it's been lately
I mean, what have you been normally eating? Lots of processed and prepped stuff, or are you normally eating fresh vegetables 3 or 4 times a week? Also do you take any supplements?
Almost nothing processed. But probably not enough veggies. General diet is lots of eggs, salmon, sardines, brown rice, and popcorn on stove. Cooked green beans, onions, bell peppers, and broccoli a few times as week as well. Occasional salads and (no added sugar) acai bowls. Lots of olive oil. Japanese green teas in the morning. Buckwheat tea at night. And that's about it haha
Seems pretty healthy so yeah there might be some micro nutrients that you’ll get that you been missing.
And I started taking daily magnesium supplements about 2 years ago and that's changed my life. I sleep much much better.
Yes unfortunately who knows what and when we are in need of those or others. Only option is to keep getting good stuff different all the time
Ginger & peppermint can soothe tummy aches. As a former raw foodie I never enjoyed fruits so always had to add in banana to force myself to get sugars & potassium.

Something no one told me about what how the digestive system would change so be prepared for some odd colors if it happens. It will fade quickly but scared me 😂🙏🫡
Dude, you with more energy sounds a bit frightening to be honest 😅
 haha get ready dude ;)
 LFG!
What food did the the green juices replace? If it was typical processed food you are ahead! You can feel even better by eating animal based foods(beef, lamb, venison, fish, chicken and eggs. Hard cheese if you can tolerate dairy.)
 Cool!
I've another magical ingredient you might want to try. Wild herbs.
