I'm really not sure if I'll get that far in this lifetime... food is just so addictive 🤤 And yes, I firmly believe that it is possible to live on pure Prana... But to do that we have to let go of so many beliefs and let our conscious mind grow and merge with our subconscious mind 🙏🏽 It's all about energy 💫

Is there a reason why you stopped eating raw only?
 Will update later friend :)
Well mainly because along the way I learned to keep things simple as in eat raw and eat cooked. Whatever nourishing the body and to not make a religion out of eating as that’s what I was doing. Plus naturally it started to move in that direction in eating cooked foods.

Also in both Chinese medicine and in Ayurveda they say to eat warm cooked foods including drinks as it aides the spleen and digestive fire. You know the 3-10 thousand year old healing systems.

My problem recommends eating meat but I’m more on the Ayurveda side of things in keeping with ahimsa (non-violence).

The health of the body truly is determined by the health of the spirit (astral body) as the soul is already perfect but the subtle bodies sometimes need healing or refinement when we aren’t in alignment.

I do like eating raw but not fully raw. I do like eating cooked but not fully cooked.

This is the basis of why I’m not fully raw, but also not fully cooked haha.
Thank you for taking the time to write and tell me about yourself. I find this very interesting. I completely understand the reasons and yes, it is so important to listen to your body and soul. Exactly the warmth, the inner digestive fire was one of my biggest question marks when I switched to raw food: I also studied Chinese nutrition and Ayurvedic nutrition. I then heard a wonderful answer from a raw vegan chef from Switzerland. He studied also in India...His name is Urs Hochstrasser. He is probably raw since around 1990 I guess...He said: If you take the plant as it is and don't cook it, it contains all the elements... including the fire, wood and warmth. Even if you eat it raw. I'll see how it works for me. I started with raw food as a self-experiment. I didn't set myself a goal or anything like that. I just keep going as long as it feels right and see where it takes me. Last weekend I ate roasted peanuts and they were delicious ;)
Thank you for sharing your story with me and I’ll be looking him up for sure. One thing is for sure that I can’t deny is my body feels more light and energized with raw food, though my digestion feels better with cooked foods.

Raw fruits especially fruits make you feel whole. Pun intended haha
