Saylor is apparently antagonozing efforts to fund devs. I'm not surprised.

People that want a predictable, stable "investment" are predictably horrified when one soft fork can spawn a fundamental shfit in blockspace market dynamics when a single chaotic dipshit finds an exploit.

And you think boomer's trying to retire would tolerate that, if they were able not to?
LOL ITS ALLOWID. THE PROTOCOL ALLOWS IT. THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND THATS SUPER FUNNY.
But it's a poor plan. Dependencies get updated.

If the code never bitcoin code never gets updated, bitcoin will eventually stop working because it will become incompatible with the dependencies.
It's a negotiation. Saylor wants a product management team of adults in the room.
He doesn't like the Cypherpunks. The Cypherpunks are the adults in the room.
What can be done. He now controls more bitcoin than any known living person on Earth. ITS ALLOWID
We can boycott ETF's that refuse to fund bitcoin development. That's about it.
 Good luck
The suits outnumber us, don't they?
 They can outstrategize nerds.
Good thing he doesn't call the shots. Let him have his own ossified Wall Street-approved fork for ETF boomers. Bitcoin will keep doing his thing and the node network will have the last word.
Do you think he sees it that way? Most of this is optics.
