 I’m not trying to be difficult and I don’t have all the answers….but, at times, I am worried we are missing the target.

 All fair! I don't either but my strong intution is that Nostr is the most important thing happening in the world right now. It's far simpler than PGP and has waaay faster grwoth rate (if not more users in absolute terms already)

And Bitcoin is very symbitotic with Nostr. Nostr is the identity layer for Bitcoin payments. And Bitcoin is the value for Nostr messages.
