 All relay have policy and can delete your note if they want.
right now they arent a lot of relay and there are central point. So we need all to have private relays with not central authority. 

right now nostr is control by few people. And if u hit those nerves on people, u are out.

 I agree, that’s one of the reason why I run my own personal / private relay.

My question was was more asked from a technical point of view (I was not clear on that)

 So if  u have a client and a relay/server no need for bigger relay or dictator dishonest relays. Nostr could grow without central view and echo chamber. 

my favorite point is the security point, no mass surveillance if its on ur site (u could tinker some code and those master spy relays will have to do a lot to scrap those data).
