I'm not confrontational, I'll just leave.  I don't out rank anyone there but I'm pretty sure I have seniority due to number of years.  I everyone sees how odd it is that they are addressing me.  So management might actually resolve it.

I need to start looking again because I want to have  an ace up my sleeve.  I am not at the mercy of people who do not respect me, I only work here because it's sort of fun.
