Totally agree but could we have the Saylor/ARK version of the story before drawing conclusions ? Maybe Saylor just explained why he personally believes that the funding of core devs by big tradefi entities was a potentially dangerous idea, without threatening anyone, and that ARK/21S finally agreed ?
Saylor has to say nothing. If ARK pulled back some commitment, they might have to explain why that is so to those who picked them but so far, odell made some strong claims and he's the only one who has something to lose if his claims never get confirmed.
Kind of agree on that, Odell has nothing to gain from doing false claim, it's not what I mean I believe him. Still it's always a very different and more nuanced story once you've heard all parties involved, I'm sure anyone here already experienced such situation. Some dumbass are accusing me of dick riding because they just hate Saylor for some reason, but they are the one being stupid at that point.
I don't know about Odell's motives but I also doubt he did it just to stir some drama on nostr so that the Xitters have to come over to reply ;) I would not take his word alone for it and start hating on Saylor just because Odell said something but ... it's more than just Odell at this point.
Saylor is free to pitch his version of the story in notes he composed himself and transmitted by relays... as and when he chooses to grow a key pair and not hide behind a cross posting bot, if indeed he is the one doing the hiding. @DarthCoin expressed it well. https://images.slidestr.net/insecure/f:webp/rs:fill:320/plain/https://i.postimg.cc/g0cXcXWB/spread-gov.jpg
