Everyone should fully learn the logic & purpose & dare I say vocabulary of language once, but there's no need learn all of that again in every new language you might come into contact with.

Software engineers don't relearn data structures & types & loops every time they start using a new language; they just pick up the new syntax and go!  Granted...it doesn't always work out well 🤣
