this cramping is unbearable, i feel like my feet just want to knot themselves like curling potato chips i have to take serious steps at this point... i mean, it's obvious it's also electrolyte imbalance but that is pointing straight at my kidneys and peripheral neuropathy seems to be involved too i think i literally have to cease all caffeine and alcohol altogether... or next thing i know my throat closes up from a cramp and i asphyxiate or something, i sometimes get that feeling when i yawn like it's gonna lock up

Take Magnesium every day, just as a habit, in the morning . Especially if you drink coffee on a daily basis. During periods with higher level of stress than usual - take double dose. It works for me.
With zinc
i've been thinking about this, probably will get some magnesium also helps absorb calcium and the four, magnesium, calcium, sodium and potassium all need to be adequate to stop this stuff i have to be careful with magnesium though, my intestines are alreday a bit lively
At least do consult a good physicianabout this!
