Where are they
Nostr is a bit of an underdog. The media hates what they don't understand, so Nostr doesn't get a whole lot of press coverage. Hopefully Nostr spreads throughout Brazil as a freedom of speech tool developed by one of their own.

Hardly any https://nostr.watch/ But they still can use the international ones. Nostr relay connections look like regular website request on the network.

That would depend on how many Brazilian X users know about nostr. At the moment it's Bluesky that's tredning, and likely captures most of them.
