Be ungovernable! 

 In UK they were more clever and installed bat boxes in front of camera (not speed cam but it could work as well), these were apparently illegal to remove, but governement didn't care and found a loophole to remove them anyway.

Next should be to train birds to shit on them in a way it's unusable. 😈
