GM Grief is a never ending cycle of highs & lows. when you’ve lost so many good people in your life, it may feel useless to keep up with the battle of life everyday. You keep going for them, to make them proud.
"The waves of sorrow ebb and flow, Grief's tide, a ceaseless undertow. At times the waters rise and swell, Engulfing me in their dark swell. The crashing surf pounds in my soul, Emotions churn beyond control. Yet even as the spray flies high, The waters then retreat and sigh. Like ocean tides that wax and wane, Grief's currents bring both joy and pain. The rhythmic pulse marks life's refrain - Until the seas are calm again." I wrote this for a friend who recently lost their father.
